Honour Avenue in Macedon, Victoria, is a revered war memorial and a celebrated autumn destination. Established in 1918, the avenue features 154 oak trees—predominantly Pin Oaks—planted to honor local soldiers who served in World War I. Each tree represents an individual service member from the Macedon area, symbolizing the community's deep respect and remembrance.

Stretching approximately one kilometre between Bent Street and Mount Macedon Road, the trees form a majestic canopy that transforms into vibrant shades of red and orange during autumn, typically from late March to late April. This seasonal display attracts numerous visitors, prompting local authorities to implement temporary traffic and parking measures to accommodate the influx.

At the end of Honour Avenue lies Centennial Park, a popular spot for picnics and reflection. Visitors are encouraged to take their time walking the avenue, reading commemorative plaques, and appreciating both the natural beauty and historical significance of this poignant landmark.
